Project Overview

The ESB Headquarters in Dublin City Centre, home to Ireland’s leading energy provider, underwent a major redevelopment to meet modern standards of safety, sustainability and design.

As part of the project, a high-performance Thor Duct XL Fire Duct System was installed to provide reliable smoke extraction and fire containment, ensuring full compliance with strict fire safety regulations.

            Our Role

As an authorised Thor Duct licensee, A.C. Manufacturing fabricated and supplied all Thor Duct XL ductwork for this landmark project. Our team worked closely with Maguire Group, who led the design and delivery of the fire duct system, ensuring that the installation met the unique demands of a complex city-centre environment.

Drawing on our extensive experience in duct fabrication, we delivered products that achieved the required airflow performance while remaining fully within certified allowances.
